Popularly known as “Hot Stone Bath,” (dho-tsho) is an age old practice of combining all four elements of nature to heal aching parts or relax the body.
The typical process is as follows, river side stone, known to have high amounts of minerals and healing properties, is fired up and then transferred into a big tub of cold water. The heat of the stone will heat up the water in the tub while releasing all these minerals into the water which your body will soak up.

With her experience ranging over 15 years, our head spa therapist has a wide varying experiences in different types of spa healing.
